The Hitchhiker's Guide to Ancient Cookery is one blogger's journey about preparing large mediaeval feasts. There are some amazing recipes on here
Lynne has a lovely website with a memorial to two of her children who have passed on. She has had many years of cooking in the kitchen and has kindly decided to share her knowledge through her blog. It's very American but don't hold that against her
Her recipes are conveniently on each page for easier printing.
