And if we're going to talk about health food back then...

For healthy meals eat...lard?

That's right folks our parents/grand parents knew better. I think I like being dumb.

I just wonder if the doctor in the ad didn't die of emphysema...or maybe he's very old and coughing his lungs up...LOL.
